How to Request Account Deletion

We may send a confirmation email to the address on your account.

Account is deleted within 30 days
You'll receive a confirmation email once all data has been removed.
Alternatively, email us at support@caddyup.app with subject "Account Deletion Request".

Your account profile and login credentials
Your personal information (name, phone number, email)
Your booking history and scheduling data
Your saved favourites and preferences
Messages exchanged through the platform
Notifications and alerts associated with your account
What Data May Be Retained
In limited circumstances, certain data may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, or dispute-handling purposes:
Transaction and payment records: Retained for up to 7 years for financial and tax compliance
Dispute and moderation records: Retained for up to 3 years for safety and fraud prevention
Anonymised review data: Reviews you submitted may be anonymised and retained to maintain platform integrity
Legal hold data: If subject to an active legal investigation or dispute, relevant data is retained until resolved
